Chris and his team came to replace the broken render on my 1970's house recently Chris was meticulous and systematic and the results were brilliant and completed to a very high standard. We bit the bullet on getting our home re-rendered after having issues with it peeling off and starting to get patches of internal damp. The winter weather caused a lot of delays but Chris and his team did a great job and we are really happy with the results. Just like to shout a big thank you to Chris for the excellent work recently carried out to our house in Nantwich, not a straight forward job but we are really pleased with the complete plastering of our hall, stairs and landing areas, these were previously artexed but with careful preparation and bonding applied these walls are now like new. My property has no cavity and we have damp spots in the house ?

The likelihood is you will need a breathable render ,we specialise in lime breathable products .

Do you knock off the old render and replace any damaged brickwork / lintels where necessary ?

Yes we do. We take care of everything from new lead replacement, repair blown brickwork, replace old wooden rotten lintels. The waste is taken away.

Do you repair old render?

Yes we do. We patch in old render to suit what is already there. We paint exterior render and repair cracks as a cost effective way of doing things.

My property has damp what should I do ?

Contact us ! We can then determine whether the problem is occurring from rising damp internally or penetrative damp from outside. We will then determine the best course of action.

What type of render should I go for ?

We deal with all types of renders, from traditional sand and cement to lime to silicone coloured renders. Our free survey of your property will determine the best render to suit your property.

Do I need to replace my windows before or after my property is rendered ?

Ideally the old render should be knocked off first with the old windows in place, then the new windows fitted before the new render is applied. We will supply the windows, coordinating everything to make sure the job runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
